Ms. Charmaine Soh is the founder and principal of Greentree Montessori. After obtaining her Montessori Birth to Three and three to six years old Training Credential with AMS, AMI and RIE, she pioneered the first Infants' programme in 1992. After ten years of practice, Greentree Montessori has two established Montessori Kindergarten and Children House in Singapore offering complete Montessori programme for children from birth to six years old.

Ms. Charmaine is a qualified trainer with Singapore Ministry of Education and Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports. She is currently an associate trainer with RTRC, Kinderland and Frobel Academy. Also she is well known to her active teaching strategy and lively classroom interactive skills.

Ms. Charmaine obtained her Master degree at Pacific Oaks College in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing her PhD with Singapore National Institution of Education. Being an active member of the Consultation Committee of Ngee Ann Politechnic's Early Childhood Department, Charmiane is constantly sharing her knowledge with choice newspapers like Lian He Zao Bao in Singapore and Nan Yang Shang Bao in Malaysia; she has also been featured in Motherhood magazines, FM 95.8 and Singapore TV Channel 8.
